We are currently seeking 100 laptops to equip the Youth Resource Lab and provide students with access to technology, educational resources, and global learning opportunities.

Global Connection (Mentorship)

This initiative consists of a global network of pastors, educators, business leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and community leaders who are committed to investing in the next generation. We have partners who give reports of students ready to receive mentorship and be change agents.

Through a virtual mentoring program, these leaders will connect directly with students, helping to SHIFT the next generation of leaders through virtual mentoring opportunities as an extension of our LeaderSHIFT Mentoring Program.
Student Exchange
Student Exchange: We are developing student-to-student virtual exchange programs with schools in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Chicago, and Minneapolis, creating meaningful global connections that foster leadership, cultural understanding, and collaboration among young people.
