International Youth Initiatives is building a network of mentors willing to share their knowledge, experience, and perspective with the next generation.
Through IYI’s Virtual Exchange, mentors will have opportunities to connect with young people through virtual conversations, professional discussions, skill-sharing, and meaningful relationship-building across communities and cultures.
We are seeking professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, leaders, and experienced individuals across fields such as business, education, technology, finance, healthcare, leadership, media, STEM, skilled trades, ministry, and community development.
